hey
recently ive decided to keep a diary in google docs.
i started for fun but i realized, under the shower, that it could be very helpful.
im very forgetful so it could help me remember what ive done!
i can also let out my frustrations and sadness.
it doesn't even have to be physical as i said i did it in google docs and it works great.
im not going to tell you to do it right now but consider it it might help if you feel terrible.
anyway i wouldn't really know im not an expert.
